Accordingly, a dispute regarding employment and non-employment shall follow the forms under the Industrial Disputes Rules; a dispute regarding payment or non-payment of wages shall adhere to the forms prescribed under the Payment of Wages Act and Rules, and a dispute concerning non-payment of gratuity or the calculation of gratuity shall follow the forms prescribed under the Payment of Gratuity Act and Rules. No separate covering letter is required; the format itself will be sufficient.
