Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act

The Employment Exchanges (Compulsory Notification of Vacancies) Act mandates that employers notify the nearest Employment Exchange of any vacancies. Importantly, it does not restrict employers to selecting candidates only from those sponsored by the Employment Exchange. Employers are free to issue press advertisements or use any other means to attract suitable candidates. The Act solely requires the notification of vacancies and nothing more.
