Kindly suggest whether we should appoint one person for an internship. He was on an internship from 27th October 2023 to 30th April 2023. The position was confirmed to us on 1st May. Currently, he is serving a one-month notice period and will be completing it by 31st August 2023, fulfilling his responsibilities until then.
Now, the question arises: will he receive an experience letter covering the period from 27th October 2023 to 31st August 2023, or only after his confirmation, i.e., from 1st May 2023 to 31st August 2023?
