HOW TO SOURCE PROFILE FROM GOOGLE

iam yogesh from nisi infotech . can you tell me how to source
profile from google..... help me in this issue ???

Your Query is not clear. Do you mean to ask how to source resumes from Internet/ Jobsites or gogle?
If it is google try keywords like Engineer CV or Engineer Resume etc. See if you get any resumes. The results depend on your keywords. Just try and let me know the results.....

You can source profiles from Google Search. And it depends on the keywords choosen by you.
You can give the keywords as " Free Resume search" OR "Free Resumes" which will take you directly to the websites(Unpaid), from where you can source profiles.
Better you search for some freesites wherein you dont have to pay for that and then access them for the profiles.
I believe this kind will not give you right profiles.

i gave key words engineer reumes its not working ?? i need to search websphere adminstrator from google website . i tried with plenty of keywords still its not functioning ??? how to search ???
