You can source profiles from Google Search, and it depends on the keywords chosen by you. You can use keywords such as "Free Resume search" or "Free Resumes," which will take you directly to the websites (unpaid), from where you can source profiles. It's better to search for some free sites where you don't have to pay and then access them for the profiles. I believe this kind will not give you the right profiles.
