Dear, please share the EPFO Notice for employers' reference, specifically Form 11. If an employee is an EPFO contribution member, is it mandatory for them to continue as an EPFO member in their next establishment?

Yes, an existing member of EPF should continue their membership even if their PF qualifying salary exceeds Rs. 15,000, whether in the same organization or when joining a new establishment.

When a candidate leaves the current company to join another company, if your basic salary is less than Rs. 15,000/- in the new company, it is mandatory to deduct PF. However, it is not mandatory to deduct PF in the new company if your basic amount is higher than Rs. 15,000/-. But if you want to deduct PF, you can request the present company to include PF contribution in CTC, and both parts of PF will be deducted from your salary.

Dear Sanjay Tiwari, where did you get this information? If you do not know the law, then never advise like this. An existing member of PF, while joining a new establishment, should be given coverage even if his PF qualifying salary is more than Rs 15,000. That is why we are collecting Form 11, in which the employee joining will declare whether he is an existing member of PF or not. If yes, what is his UAN, etc. On the other hand, if he declares that he is not an existing member of PF, then you can decide whether to cover him or not if his salary exceeds Rs 15,000. Hope it is clear for you.
