When we make an agreement for manpower supply through a manpower supplier contractor, there is always a clause for termination of the contract by giving notice as per the agreement. Please review the agreement and proceed with terminating it. However, before termination, you must be aware of the number of manpower involved, their legal dues such as wages, EPF, and others.
Additionally, you need to consider what will be done with the manpower engaged under that contractor. Please be mindful that any issues with the manpower engaged under that contractor's supervision may cause disruptions in the premises. Do you have a plan for handling this? Will they be deployed to other vendors, or what is the proposed course of action? Ensure you take all these factors into account.
