What is the percentage of hike I can ask in my next increment?

Hi all, I'm working as an HR executive. I'm currently getting 25000 as CTC. What is the percentage of hike I can ask in my next increment? By then I will have gained 2 year of experience in my current company.

Performance appraisal will be based on the performance of the individual and also based on the performance of the company for the period under review. While there is nothing wrong in sharing your expectation you should also accept the feedback of your Superior and the % of increment decided for you by your Superior.

Percentage of hike depends on the nature of industry. 10 % to 20 % may be realistic expectation but depends on the Industry it might vary.
