1. Sleep less. Most people do not need more than 6 hours to maintain an excellent state of health.

Is this an opinion or a research-based finding? Does the research really show that everyone needs no more than 6 hours of sleep a day?

What if we are not one of the most people and we do need 8 hours of sleep a night but sleep only 6 hours? How long before our health starts to decline?
