Understanding Central and State Labor Laws

As per the Central Government Act, what does it mean? The labor law can be enacted either by the Central Government, the State Government, or both. There are a number of Acts applicable to the HR functions of any establishment, many of which are Central Acts and many are State Acts. If you specify which one is required, we will see whether we 'know' it or not.
