Higher Wages Stopped My EPF Pension Deposits – How Can I Resolve This Issue?

One employee worked from 1st Oct '2016 to 31st Mar '23. They are an EPFO member, but due to higher wages, the employer wrongly did not deposit the pension amount after Sep '2020. This issue has prevented the EPF withdrawal from occurring. Please suggest.

This is a complicated issue. Please visit the local EPFO office for a remedy. You may suggest that the amount which had been extra deposited to EPF accounts might be deducted and deposited to the EPS account.
