May we generate different challans for different clients in the same month on the same EPFO portal? Is it valid or not?

You can generate it, and it is valid. Especially, manpower supply organizations are required to do so as there are different clients, and they comply at different times. The manpower supply organization is required to comply in one portal multiple times through several challans.
