Hi, I have a concern. There is an overlapping of 11 days in my work experience. What happened is I resigned from Company A, and my last working day was 3 July 2023. On 5 June 2023, I sent an email to my manager stating that I wanted my last working day to be 22 June 2023. However, they denied the early release as I was joining Company B on 23 June 2023. Therefore, I left Company A on 22 June 2023, assuming that my manager would change my last working day, but that was not done. Now, I am in Company B, and there is an 11-day overlap. Should I resign or abscond and join the next company?
Another concern is regarding the PF process. If I join the next company, they might identify the 11-day overlap through UAN, and the background verification may not be cleared.
Today, I received an auto PF transfer request from Company A to Company B. Should I stop it? Will it create any problems in the future if I go for withdrawal?
