Struggling with EPF Portal Errors: How to Fix Incorrect Wages and DOJ EPS Issues?

We are writing this letter regarding the monthly EPF wages concerning the joining correction of our employee, Mr. S. Naresh. His actual monthly EPF wages are ₹10,982/-, but in the PF portal, it was mistakenly mentioned as ₹1,00,982/-. I am encountering an error while generating the ECR challan.

The member is not a part of the pension scheme; hence, the EPS wages should be zero. Due to the aforementioned error, we entered his date of exit and re-registered him in the PF Portal. This time, his monthly EPF wages displayed as ₹10,982/- in the PF portal. However, we encountered the following error in the missing details section:

(DOJ EPS UPDATION NOT ALLOWED AS MEMBER IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PENSION SCHEME).

Furthermore, when we registered another employer on the PF portal, we encountered the same error as mentioned above.

We seek assistance on how to resolve this issue. Please help us.
