Stuck with PF Transfer Issues Across Multiple Companies: How Can I Resolve This Confusion?

I have switched 3 companies and I am in the 4th company.

C1 > C2 > C3 > C4

I was not able to transfer from C1 > C2. I didn't know about the same. I thought the transfer was done, but only the EPS transfer of 0 INR was done, not EPF. This I came to know now.

I was able to transfer PF from C2 > C3 correctly.

But when I transferred C3 > C4, then it didn't allow. They are asking for C1 > C2 transfer details, which I have only for EPS and not EPF. Now, is it possible for me to transfer PF from C1 to C4 and C3 to C4? I am stuck in this confusion on how it can be resolved.
