Is DG Stack Emission and Noise Testing Necessary When DG Isn't Operated Due to Ban?

Due to the prohibition of diesel fuel DG operation, we are not using DG. Therefore, I want to know whether DG stack emission testing and DG noise testing are required. Please suggest.

If you are not using a DG, please submit an application to the State Pollution Control Board regional office to amend the CTO and also remove the DG from that place to a storage or material yard. Otherwise, the inspection team will consider it a violation of norms and can order the closure of the unit.

Stack emission reports are still required if you want to switch from diesel generators to natural gas (PNG).
