Maternity Leave Pay for ESIC-Excluded Employees: How Can Companies Manage This?

How can we provide maternity leave salary to excluded ESIC employees in a company?

Mark her absence as paid leave and process her salary every month along with other employees' pay. In the software, there should be a provision for maternity leave (ML) to be considered as paid leave. Once the leave is marked, the system will treat it as paid leave and process it like any other paid leave.

Hi, Maternity Benefit is to be treated as paid leave. So, PF is to be deducted from the employee's salary and paid along with the employer's contribution as usual.

Sir, could you please share with me a formal request letter template along with a doctor's certificate so that we can guide our employee to submit the same before taking the maternity leave benefit?
