EPF wage - As per the EPF act can we change the contribution of current employees?

Dear Experts, Presently we are paying EPF contribution on ceiling limit (Rs15000) but our employees are demanding to deduct on full Basic + DA.
As per the EPF act can we change the contribution of current employees?

Hi,

PF on ceiling limit is mandatory. However PF on actual Basic+DA is optional. Employer and Employee on mutual consent may go for PF deduction on Basic+DA. This can be implemented from the beginning of any month. You club it along with Appraisal month.
