Should be capable of managing campus hiring.

Workforce planning to minimize hiring cost and focus on internal talent development.

Performance Management - Managing appraisal cycle.

Monthly retention analysis.

Design and develop HR initiatives.

1. Over all factory administration like House keeping, Security etc.
2. Policy Making according to factory.
3. Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
4. Compliance according to State Labour laws and safety.
5. Day to day attendance monitoring.
6. Disciplinary Actions.
7. Production analysis sit with factory manager.
8. CSR Activities.
9. Liaising with labour, factory, Local police and other departments according to industry.
10. As per sate acts you have to maintain the registers, records and submit the returns in time to the
concerned authority from time to time.
