Greetings professionals, please let me know whether an IT firm with a 20-employee staff is required to have a zero-tolerance policy. Is it legal or illegal? Looking forward to hearing from you.
Forming a committee to address zero tolerance is not mandatory for any establishment. However, companies often establish such committees to ensure that integrity issues do not arise within the organization.
Every establishment run with manpower should adopt a zero-tolerance policy, irrespective of its shape and size. The zero-tolerance policy helps in motivating employees and driving productivity. Employees in zero-tolerance establishments appear more confident and satisfied compared to those in companies without such policies. Where is the problem in adopting it?
