Forming a committee to address Zero tolerance is not mandatory for any establishment. But companies form such committees just to make sure that integrity issues will not arise in the organisation.

Every establishment run with manpower should to adopt Zero tolerance policy, irrespective of shape and size. The zero tollerance policy helps in motivation of employees and drive the productivity. The working people of zero tolerance establishment look confident and satisfied compared to companies without such policy. Where is the problem to adopt?
