Chennai FORM-III NEED TO AMEND OR APPLY FOR FRESH

Good day! We have a branch office in Chennai, and next month, we are going to shift to a new location. Please advise, can we update the new address on the existing FORM-III, or do we have to apply for a fresh FORM-III for the new location and surrender the old one? Kindly advise.

Hello Sharma, You have to surrender the existing Form III and apply for a new Form III with the respective circle authority. If you have shifted to a new location, your address will have changed, and the circle will also change. Therefore, please surrender the old Form III and apply for the new Form III.
