Is it necessary to submit Form 11 in the PF office, or does the employer keep it for official purposes only? If yes, then when does it need to be submitted? Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Form 11 Declaration

Form 11 is the declaration form issued by the employee to the employer. There is no need to submit it to the EPF department. It should be maintained in the employee's personnel file or a separate file, and upon demand by the EPF department, it should be produced for reference.
