Is it necessary to submit Form 11 in the PF office or employer keeps it for his official purpose only? If yes then when it needs to be submitted ?

Form 11 is the declaration form issued by the employee to employer & no need to submit to EPF department. It shall be maintained in employee personnel file or separate file & on demand by EPF department the same shall be produced for references.
