How Can I Persuade a Company to Switch from Alternate Saturdays to a 5-Day Workweek?

Dear Friends, I'm planning to go for an interview, and this company offers an alternate Saturday off. I want to convince them to offer a 5-day working week. I'm unable to understand how to make this happen. It is a good recycling company. Please drop your comments.

Since the company is in the recycling business, it makes sense to have more working days, and the work-from-home option is not available. The company providing two Saturdays off is a relaxation in itself, and seeking more of them may not be appreciated.
