In 2016, I absconded from an organization and, as a result, do not have a relieving letter (biggest mistake). However, it shows up on my EPF service history.

Can I add it to my resume? Can I submit the EPF service history as proof of employment?

Hi, even if you don't, the same will be revealed through the UAN portal. You may show EPF history, but a future employer will ask for a relieving order only. So, you should have a convincing reason as to why you were not able to serve the notice period.
