Competency Matrix for Junior and Middle Management Engineers: What Improvements Would You Suggest?

I have developed a competency matrix for engineers in Junior and Middle Management Levels. Please let me know if this needs some more add-ons and your views.

It's good. However, the competency types seemed too generic to me. Incorporating more specific skills and knowledge relevant to each individual's job would lead to a more effective competency evaluation. In addition, I believe that non-managerial competencies should place greater emphasis on technical skills.
