Gratuity for outsourced employees - employees continue to work in the establishment under different contractors

It is shame on our govt and their enacted Acts, laws and different enactments because monitor is the prime violator.
The contract workers are engaged in any establishment where work is not of continuous nature but a new one for fewer days. Now all the works perennial nature of the establishments are being tendered is a straight violation of all such enactments are in force. It gives funny feeling about the adjustment with new synonyms of out sourcing & core nature. All these adjustments only the work forces get grinded & cheated innocently. The law speaks rate of wages to be remain same for both the categories of employee under PE and Contractor for work of similar nature. But, things are different for both even if their work is of similar nature. A High Skilled welder under PE gets 30-35k for 8hr and in same establishment, same skill welder gets 20k for 12 hours of working. Our administration is mute and appeared to be Three 🐒 of MG.......?
