Struggling with Salary Breakdown for Rs 16,50,000: Can You Help Me Get It Right?

Hi Folks, I am looking for a salary breakdown for a person whose salary is Rs 16,50,000 per annum. The breakdown requirements are: TDS should be Rs 16,000, PF should be Rs 3,600 per month, net salary should be Rs 1,16,150 per month, and other deductions should be Rs 1,550 monthly. Can someone help me break it down with the prerequisites and components I have mentioned above? The company is based in Hyderabad, so please calculate accordingly. I have tried as below but didn't get the expected result.
