Hi, in the grievance portal, I have uploaded my PDF. However, when I click on attach, it is displaying an error message such as "Error while attaching the document." How can I rectify this issue?

Hi sir, I have tried for the past 3-4 hours, but it still shows an error message stating "Error while attaching the document." My PDF file size is also 200KB. I searched on Google regarding the Grievance attachment, and it mentioned that we should be able to attach documents below 1MB.
