Your contention seems to be that a probationer, during the subsistence of their bond period of service, should not seek another suitable job of their choice. I don't think this is correct. Particularly when you have no issues with their performance, you cannot complain about their pursuit of online studies. If they break the bond before its expiration, you can resort to appropriate legal action as per the terms contained therein.
