Good One, But principle amount calculation varies in some cases. Like for example for a loan amount of Rs.40000 with 12 instalemts then 40000/12=3333.333; where as we get a figure more than this amount.

Here i will give you the procedure which we are adopting in our organisation.
Loan amount will depend upon the present salary and numbers of years he/she has been working with the company. i.e. His/her present salary multiplied by his/her numbers of years with the company.
