Sudden Termination After One Month: Is It Fair to Skip Notice and Salary?

Hi Sir, One of my friends worked for one month and suddenly received a termination letter citing unsatisfactory work. The company did not provide a notice period or the one month's salary. The offer letter explicitly states that if the management is not satisfied with your work, termination can occur immediately without any notice period. Please help me.

Hi, basically, unilateral terms in appointment orders are not legally valid. Advise your friend to check with HR and make a request for salary.
