How Can I Secure Leave Encashment After Resigning from My Real Estate Job?

I, Mohan Babu Naik, have worked for a private company in real estate development for a total of 4 years and 10 months. I resigned on 18.01.2023, but the final date has not been confirmed yet. I also have a leave balance of 63 days. Currently, the company's HR department has informed me that they do not have any policies in place for leave encashment.

Please advise me on how to proceed with obtaining the leave encashment.

Now it has been more than five months since you left the services. You may approach the Labor Officer of the locality and file a complaint against the company. When you meet with the officer, be sure to bring all your relevant documents and request intervention. Merely stating that there is no policy to compensate for leave is not a satisfactory response.
