Worried About Missing Exit Date on Resume? Could It Affect Your Background Check?

I worked for only 3 months, and now I am working after my MBA, which will be nearly 24 months. But my date of exit from that 3-month job is yet not mentioned. Will it be okay, or will it cause any problem in background verification?

I have worked at a job for just three months, and now I am employed after completing my MBA, which amounts to almost 24 months. However, the specific date of my departure from the initial 3-month job has not been disclosed. Could this omission potentially pose an issue during the background verification process?

If you were a member of EPFO and you join a new organization where you also have to become an EPFO member, your previous employment history will come to light.

My problem is not that it will come to light. I have documents and all of that work I have been reliving, and everything, but the company has not paid me last month's salary, and as a result, I cannot put the date of exit.
