I worked for only 3 months, and now I am working after my MBA, which will be nearly 24 months. But my date of exit from that 3-month job is yet not mentioned. Will it be okay, or will it cause any problem in background verification?
If you were a member of EPFO and you join a new organisation where also you have to become an EPFO member, your previous employment history will come to light.
My problem is not that it will come to light . I have documents and all of that work i have reliving and everything but the thing company has not paid me last month salary and as a result i cannot put date of exit .
