Employee Traveling to Canada on a Work Visa

An employee of a company is traveling to Canada on a work visa and will continue to work for his current organization from home. What is the process for calculating or adjusting his PF deduction? In accordance with his work visa permit, what laws would apply?

In whatsoever case, as long as the employee continues to be on the Indian rolls of the company, PF should be deducted on earned Basic+DA and remitted to his PF account.
