Can I Legally Make Saturday a Working Day in Our Startup's Leave Policy? Seeking Advice

Dear Seniors,

I need to prepare a leave policy for a startup company. Management is asking me to add Saturday as a working day. Can I do that as per the law? Kindly suggest.

Do you mean 6 days of working? It is permissible. Please consult the Shop & Establishment Act of your state and regulate the working hours accordingly.
