Seeking Guidance: How Do You Conduct Risk Assessments for Anti-Bribery in Your Industry?

Hi, can anyone help or share with me the risk assessment of anti-bribery or anti-corruption in the industry? This has been advised during one of our social audits.

Before making any meaningful suggestions in this regard, please specify the nature of your firm, whether any public service is involved, and whether you are in the Government Sector/PSU/Cooperative Sector or a private firm.

Risk Assessment for Bribery and Corruption

The risk assessment is to be done for bribery and corruption; it cannot be anti-bribery or anti-corruption. The risk in both of these factors is very serious and can lead to deficiencies in the quality of products and services, poor public image, negative publicity, adverse litigations, risks to life, and even closure of the industry, especially in the pharmaceutical sector.
