Hi, can I know the process of background verification? Does it go to the previous company's HR? What is asked of them?

Hi, in the normal course through email, they will check regarding the authenticity of the details provided by you right from:

- Name
- Employee number
- Date of joining
- Designation
- Last drawn CTC
- Date of resignation
- Date of leaving
- Whether exit formalities are completed
- Whether eligible for rehire
- Any other additional remarks
- Name and contact number of the person verifying the details.
