I have received a letter from BOAT to register my organization on the portal under NATS. I want to know if it is mandatory. Our organization has only 22 employees.
Hi, In response, you can reply to them by stating that the total employee count is less than 30. All establishments with a workforce (regular and contract employees) of 30 or more are required to implement Apprenticeship Programs.
