How to Handle Experience Certificate Requests When Termination Is Disputed?

Please advise on the below issues.

Candidates: I request you to provide me with the experience certificate for the period I have served at 32 PEARLS. For your convenience, I am mentioning my joining date, which was 1 February 2016.

Management: Tell her that we haven't received your resignation notice, so we have terminated you on the basis of unauthorized leaves.

Termination for any reason entitles the employee to an experience certificate.

Either it's resignation or termination, an experience letter would be provided.
