There is nothing called CTC break up for any financial year. CTC has no legal stand. It random varies from organization to organization.
After the implementation of labor codes in future, there will be requirement to determine wages ( Basic +DA ) vis a vis other allowances. At that time the concept of CTC will come to surface.
