If previous employer provides negative feedback of an employee during background verification as revenge, does it affect his future career Or the future employer will asks for explanation?
Mostly the answer will be YES but it is up to the employer's mindset we can't predict it.
If you are having relevant experience with necessary skill set required by the future employer at times they might ignore it as well. It differ from Organization to Organization.
