You can communicate very simply about the change of Mediclaim service provider. However, in case of any change in Mediclaim Policy terms and conditions, the same needs to be communicated to employees. Just refer to the below template:
Dear Employees,
As you all know, we have been providing complimentary Mediclaim insurance for all employees. Now, due to some administrative reasons, it has been decided to change the Mediclaim Service provider. Accordingly, our new service provider will be TATA AIG with effect from _________. Our TPA will be _______. We will be issuing the new Mediclaim card shortly.
The terms and conditions for cashless and reimbursement options remain the same. However, please note that employees choosing the reimbursement option should submit the TATA AIG form, which can be collected from the HR Department.
