Mistakenly Marked "No" on FORM 11 for EPS – How Can I Fix This and Resolve My Claim Issue?

I am a member of EPS in the previous organization. However, during the transfer to the new organization, I mistakenly entered "NO" in FORM 11, row 10.

Currently, my present organization is not contributing any amount to the EPS section of the passbook, and my claim is also being rejected, stating that I am not a member of EPS.

Kindly suggest how I can correct my mistake.
