Hello,

In the LOI or Job Offer letter, you must give information about the position name, date, time, and venue (provide the full address, contact details, and the contact person) for the new candidate (appointee) to report to. Additionally, list the details of the documents (both originals and photocopies) that the new appointee needs to carry at the time of joining.

You may also add that "details of remuneration and other terms are as per the discussions we had with you and your acceptance of the same" (you need not disclose details of remuneration in the Job offer letter or Letter of Indent).
