Registered Mathadi Union, I'm doing research on the Unions on Mathadi hence looking for a list of registered Mathadi Unions with their established date and registered number.
Would anyone tell about duty hours in construction company. I am working in construction company in Mumbai, our previous timing was 8.30 am to 6.00 pm but now site incharge allow to open punching 7.30 pm onwards every day. Is it a legal step. After 6.00pm no worker ready carry work everyday.
