I don't have a HR and I am planning to create a induction presentation for new new joiner(s). Could someone help with the structure of the training sessions, what to include in the slides. Breakout times etc.
Could I also get a checklist, new joiner formalities etc and how do I do background checks as the previous one I hired turned out to have falsified his previous experience.
