If an employee's salary is ₹15,050, there is no basic and DA for the employee, only the salary. ESIC is deducted but no PF as it's higher than ₹15,000. Is it right?
Yes, if the salary is consolidated and above Rs 15,000, he can be excluded, provided he is not an existing member of PF. An existing PF member means an employee who is already a member of PF.
