Worried About Dual Employment Issues? Here's What Happened When My Company Found Out

Little_princess
I was hired by an IT company (A) on June 3, 2022. Later, I joined another company (B). In August 2022, due to some miscommunication, I expressed my disinterest in working for company (B), paid the required amount, got relieved, and left. After 7 months, company (A) sent an email regarding dual employment and scheduled a call with HR.

They issued a notice, and now they terminated me two days ago. Please advise if I am prohibited from joining elsewhere after this.

Hi, when were you relieved from Company A? Was it with or without information? If you had absconded from Company A, you shouldn't have joined Company B before Company A completed the disciplinary process. Anyway, since you were properly relieved from Company B, hopefully, there will not be any issues. You need to apply and check.

Hi, thank you for the email. I joined Company B without being informed. My joining at Company B also occurred due to some miscommunication. I don't know how I created this mess. Could you please advise if there is a possibility of continuing employment?

Thank you.
