Queer Inclusion in Corporate Spaces: Survey

Hello! I am Niranjan (he/they), a third-year Economics and Finance major. I am currently conducting an independent research project, titled 'Queering Workplace: Rational Selection among Minority SOGIESC Communities'. This study aims to explore whether members of the LGBTQIA+ communities would accept a lower pay and work at a more inclusive company, or continue to work in a less inclusive company for a higher salary.

The study is limited to individuals who are currently employed or looking for work, and aged 18 to 60 years. Participation in the study is completely voluntary, will take less than 5 minutes to complete, and respondents will not face any repercussions if they decide to (not) participate. Participants are free to leave the survey at any point with no consequences. While no personal data will be collected or stored, other research-relevant data collected through this questionnaire will be kept confidential, and will only be accessed by the researcher and their supervisor.
