If an employee has been working in the company for 4 years and his PF was not deducted during that period, but now he wants to remove his PF, is it possible to do this?

Hi, On what grounds was PF not deducted for 4 years? Either you need to pay PF from his date of joining with arrears and penalty or treat him as a new employee and start paying PF from the current month.

Yes, it is possible to do so. In this case, his PF Date of Joining (DOJ) will be the date the employee wants to start PF deduction, and it does not matter when the employee actually joined.
