Employee's EPS Contributions Missing: How Can I Fix This EPF Issue?

Raj Kumar Chauhan
Dear Sir, One of our employees is deducting his PF. Upon checking, I noticed that for the past couple of months, his contribution to EPS has not been submitted. All amounts are being deposited into his EPF account, despite his age being 41. I have reviewed the details available with us. Please help me understand why this is happening and how I can resolve the issue.

Hi, An individual who joined the Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) scheme after September 1, 2014, cannot open an Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) account if their monthly salary exceeds Rs 15,000. Please check for Date of Joining (DOJ) and Provident Fund (PF) wages to determine if it is above Rs. 15,000.

Thank you.

Dear Sir,

Below are his details:

Date of joining is 01-Nov-2022.

Monthly EPF Wages as on Joining: "112650".

His EPF wages are wrongly mentioned.
